imo i think The director will be Seme because he had this hidden masculinity and as soon as he cut his hair he suddenly become handsome, also the way he is demanding and doing what he want make it hard to see him as Uke.
Then you see how Tatsumi while being pretty blunt actually kinda a pushover (easily get drunken by Shizuma after Minato trying to take off his glasses) and go with the flow. I think for once we will had a reluctant Uke.
