So this is what happened. 4 eyes dude was a psychopath, he's the mastermind behind the killings in that neighborhood (where ml died). You see, he rented/he's the owner of that apartment. His tenants are always the individuals who's alone, basically doesn't have any family (so when they go missing, no one will care).
The teacher (y'all saw him when mc was caught sneaking out in the school in the middle of the night. He's wearing a glasses and he's holding a flashlight) was an accomplice. This teacher is a fucking pervert who loves to steal women's lingerie.

[This teacher visited his one student, this student was a girl, in her house. Idk what he's doing there cuz the translation sucks (i used 3rd party apps inorder to translate the manhua) but he was caught by that student stealing her underwear. She was horrified so she tried to leave or more of walked out.
The teacher, knowing that he was caught, tried to stop the student from leaving which ends up her banging her head on the floor (there's a lot of blood). This mf– i mean 4 eyes dude came, apparently he was there cuz he wants to give back the students notes or something (related to school) so he texted the girl student that he was coming in her house.
He saw the scene, not only that, he even recorded it (to threaten him later). There, he made a suggestion to the teacher on how to dispose a body, like staging the whole scene, making it look like an accident or something. Teacher, ofc, not being in his right mind, accepted the offer.
It was so fucked up cuz the girl student was actually still alive. So apparently, this mf– 4 eyes dude placed her in a bathroom (staging the scene as her taking a shower then she died from poisoning) and he, i think, placed the poison so yeah, the poor girl died of poisoning. The teacher actually didn't know this until the 4 eyes dude told him about it which ofc made him panicked.
He was telling the 4 eyes dude that he killed her, which the 4 eyes dude says that he did not, that the teacher killed her. Then he threatens the teacher that if he didn't listen to him (more like if you report me, I'll show them the video) he'll show the video to the authorities and frame him from murder.
That's when it all started. He was used by the 4 eyes dude. He made him placed camera inside of those houses like literally monitors all the tenants.
But yeah the teacher is still horrible cuz he abused his fiancé– which later became his wife.]
4 eyes dude's target are the tenants. He actually revealed in front of the mc that the red head ml wasn't supposed to die/murdered, it was supposed to be him.
Here's what happened. 4 eyes dude and mc was left to clean their classroom. They talked about the girl student who "died of poisoning". Apparently mc told the 4 eyes dude that if he were to die, no one will care cuz he had no one by his side.
This made the 4 eyes dude get an idea, or more like a new target (prey). Mc fitted in 4 eyes dude's criteria of his prey so he was planning on inviting mc to his house and murder him there. But unfortunately for 4 eyes dude, mc did not come.
Instead "accidentally" met the ml who was trying to free the teacher's fiancé– who's his wife now, from being tied up. So he had to kill ml in order to stop him from "ruining everything".

Before he died, he tried to kill mc and wants to stage it as suicide (he was slitting mc's wrist while mc was sitting in the bathtub, immobilized).
But was prevented because he keeps yapping about his "supposed" plan. I forgot to mention that ml was there at the time, not there cuz he opened the curtains which results of ml being ouHhhhhhHhhh disappear.
But ml came (he's not transparent anymore) and touched him in his wrist. I'm sorry but i don't understand their conversation here cuz of the translation, but ml mentioned that everything will come back at him/go back at him (????).
Then mc and ml disappeared like a video game teleportation. 4 eyes dude was shocked cuz he can't believe it. Then he was wandering why's it hurts (?) then in the panel it shows his hand having a lot of blood (that came out of nowhere), then his neck, then his whole body. I don't understand what he's saying in this part but based on his reaction, he looks horrified.
Then he disappeared but there's a lot of blood in the background. I think he evaporates.
