i don't think it's hidoku shinaide. they do look similar to maya and nemu but at the same time they don't. also, different hair color.

Its part of another manga, the seme is always cheating because he want to see the uke jealous and he think that make-up sex is great, the uke always go to his friend house everytime he found out that seme is cheating, and seme would go and pick him up.
