I have 2 theories why Waki is going to fast
The first one is: that he got too fat and his manager is forcing him to fast
The second one is: i hope you didn’t forget, Waki can’t taste the taste of food that well, but he could eat Kamii’s food, maybe because he isn’t Kami’s food anymore, he can’t eat other food and thats why he is going to fast.
Maybe he is throwing up and thats why he looks so glum
