Hey that misinformation Lyle will not turn into an omega in the novel and he will stay as an alpha, I think they mistaken it with the AU but even in the AU where Lyle can get pregnant, he still stays as an alpha so HE IS NOT TURNING INTO AN OMEGA and if anyone said something like that, it’s false and they haven’t read the novel because there’s not even a slightest hint showing that he’s turning into an omega in the novel

Rape is a very moral based human concept. I wish the author orchestrated it in a way of a twisted demon theme, but since the character feels so human it's upsetting. Feels more like excuses for rape y'know?? In the end it's a fantasy so whatever but would leave a bad taste for me if they go on to create a human based romantic relationship.
Also the fact the detective doppelganger (forgot his name) was originally human means he knows that rape is wrong and went ahead and did it anyways. So he's still a bad person regardless whether or not the doctor feels like rape is something significant.
