Is it just me or am I weird for liking to read bl in Uke's pov rather than the seme, I've wanted to read third ending for a long time but I cannot just get past that its written in the Seme's POV. Believe me, I tried over coming this, I think its just a preference but huhuhu, I get so annoyed when I find good stories written in Seme's POV.

It's bc you're submissive. You want to imagine yourself as the submissive person in the pairing, so you want to see their thoughts and feel their feelings. You want to imagine things being done to you, instead of doing things to others.
It's the same reason why none of the women that read 50 shades care about the book that was made from the male pov
It's also why pairings rarely switch in yaoi, because the reader base is mostly female. And most women don't imagine themselves switching dominating their partners (keyword: most). Authors want you to imagine yourself as the main character, so that you resonate with their work.
I think Seo Yeonsul's POV, in Third Ending, was great. I think that the story was able to show how gender identity crisis was overcome with real love and desire for the same sex. He had to slowly discover that he was romantically in it and then regretted every bad thing he did to Kang Jun.
Although I agree with you and HallowBrat, I do love it when the POV is the uke's POV. I guess it's the feeling of being chased by the seme and being treated as someone's subject of obsession (mild and cute portrayal preferably) is something that makes my heart beat faster.
I actually don't care too much about the point of view of the characters, the third ending has been my hyper fixation for months though. But not bc it's the seme pov, rather because it's the pov of the character that stews in regret. Usually you don't see that, in a manga/hwa/hua you never see WHY they suddenly change their mind and chase the uke.
I don't even care all that much about him coming to the realisation, I just like to see jealousy and regret from the pov of the person that's actually jealous and regretting their actions. Does that make me toxic? Lol
Sameeeee.....when they do shits and then repent and be guilty af and suffer is my fav thing....I like seeing characters suffer ngl(but I want a happy ending) and when they suffered cause they did shit is the most satisfying thing ever
I don’t think thats it though. Because I’ve read stories that focused with Seme’s POV but started with uke’s. Eh I really dont know maybe with time I can overcome such preferences lol
