Has the WEBTOON taken liberties with the story? In the novel it seems Ben is fine even towards the end - if something happens to him here and not in the novel, I might drop this (I’m reading it on official website) cause I like happy stories….
I agree with you, I also don't remember Ben being hurt at all, which is why this scene surprised me so much and I thought that the artist or editor might have changed things. For what purpose? Maybe to show that Leona is a monster, but meh we already know that we don't need Ben hurt for us to know this
