Im theorising that maybe Sam (the guy in ch3) likes Jun but was rejected saying he likes someone else Sam finds out it's chungho and thus is the reason he seems to be hostile to him in ch3 also explaining why he emphasised the we're all friends - slightly threatening him saying he won't be more than friends to Sam and not letting Sam reveal his crush on chungho
