(i feel as though im not open or intelligent enough to really understand all the philosophical themes and moral dilemmas at play in this story. i think it forces you to follow along either way, to remove oneself from our own constructs of life. i can see why phos is well liked, havent seen a character and world building quite like this one, not as existential as this at least. its worthy of rereading for sure.)
