Normally stories like this get passed by so easily especially ones with A Woman MC thats not a historical romance, this is so good and doesn't deserve to be as underrated as it is. I love all the characters and the pacing is great. Even though it's similar to a lot of "MC uses overpowered unknown methods to get strong in a short amount of time" it's actually interesting because I think it's done differently. Plus it's refreshing to see two main characters in one story and they aren't love interests. Overall great read and deserves higher ratings and more recognition. (Only downside is the dumbass long version of the title)

Not only that, for me Grimwar is the second best example of what kind of most people end up in isekai with thousands of years live live in that situation (my first for me is Eris Miserian) It's not all cupcakes and rainbows and that it's normal for him to be desperate and have flaws for having that kind of life. It's also refreshing that he just doesn't accept the bullshit that 'Oh I reincarnated guess I just live on without care' like it's expected for him to be quite obsessed on why and how he ended up on that world and find answers and have a true huge impact in that world because of that. That his actions have consequences that shaped history of that world.

Chapter 9. MC gets mega drunk and wakes up to him having sex but immediately passes out and doesn't remember anything from the night before. I'm like 99% sure that ml raped him. If he was so drunk he couldn't remember anything and he was found passed out there's no scenario where he's capable of consent here for anyone let alone the dude he met Like two days prior for the first time in years.
Am I wrong?

I had my doubts at first but as story goes on I'm quite sure it's just a dream although I am quite curious what actually happened that night (like how the ml even know he's there, and he doesn't seem to be the type who completely black out so for him to not remember anything is quite interesting. I wonder if they'll clarify about it later)

I know that this author loves to redeem everyone in their works but like can we just agree that Ian's mom is so inconsiderate and borderline abusive. No way to sugar coat that, as a kid of an alcoholic parent it's so fucking draining to constantly feel responsible for them and be up-to-date on their every action bc you don't know what's going happen. Ian's only ever had trouble with his mom and can barely even bring up normal topics without his hands shaking, like I severely dislike her
Read this on webtoon it's free there and has more chapters than updated here
