I think the manhwa need to put up a family tree in the beginning of every chapter because I swear I have their relationship figured out the week before only to come back confused and be like, "how are they related again?" Then I somehow connect the dots again just for me to forget about it the next week
Ngl I'm so glad the author did not make her into a villainess. I'm tired of seeing authors always making the original fl the villain. You have no idea how hard I was praying for her to just be a pure and innocent person and thank God she is -w-

Its a pretty brainrot manhwa ngl, like you can turn off your brain and read this. Pacing's pretty fast and plot is predictable. I'm not saying that it's bad tho, I enjoy reading it but I wouldn't say it's the best manhwa I've read
But there's just something about the chapters from 86 onwards and ESPECIALLY chap 86 that just sent me laughing for like a good 5 mins and I keep thinking back about the panels and laughing to myself cos it's just that good. This is so good
Idk I felt like the manhwa should have taken the time to show more details to the story. One good example was when she set the place on fire to commit unalive and the next scene was a severely injured prince and a saved laliette. Like... I dont feel the panic or severity of the situation.
A lot of the time I found myself reading the extra translator notes because they explain in detail what happened in the novel, especially in the bellua arc of her trying to figure stuff out in her family. Manhwas shd show not tell, yes but it did so much showing that half of us did not understand whats going on. Even the translator felt the need to give a full extra notes explaining what was going on. Felt like if a manhwa needs a full extra notes chapters to explain how the characters felt or do a certain thing, it shouldn't have been a manhwa and should have stay a light novel where you can take your time to world build. I'm sure that the light novel for this manhwa is really really good, this manhwa tho felt like it's missing a lot of details. Just my personal opinion.
Of all the tower fantasy manhwas I've read this is by far the best one.
It is really well wrtten, the pacing was good except for maybe the romance story arc and i like this because a few of tower fantasy manhwa does not explain why the tower is there in the beginning with the explanation that the character too doesn't understand why it's there. I get those plots but the character always seem to get more and more powerful and i will always be left with no explanation about the system or the tower, and it always felt like the author too doesn't even know why as well. Even if there was an explanation to it, it just felt like the author thought of it half way through and that is the best idea they've got. Whereas this manhwa the story building is really immersive and paced well.
I feel like the artist and author were able to write the characters in a way that I actually care for them, give me a reason to like them/ hate them like it felt like they were actual humans you know. Not all manhwas are able to do that. They also know how to give character growth and the choices he made felt really humane. In fact it felt like almost everyone in this manhwa is making rationale decidion which i really like.
And don't get me started on the art, in the martial arc their art style really resembles Chinese paintings with all the brush strokes and how the character and world was drawn. And when he was in the romance Novel, when I first saw the fl I was like this is so villainess kind of art style coded, idk if that was just me but I thought it was kinda subtle or like more noticable when they are in the romance arc, props to the artist man.
On a side note, I also do think the whole romance plot did just drop like a bomb and I didn't really feel anything for the main couple like I did for all the romance manhwas I've read but hey, it's a healthy relationship, they understand each other and communicate well with each other, so no complains. Loneliness can sometimes do something to people.
Overall I can't wait for the next season, i just thought it was really well written 10/10
That the jinx from this manhwa is that they have to have sex before matches. cos I'm pretty sure I heard from somewhere that you're not suppose to nut before you'll matches or you'll feel like somethings off but yknow, all for dem plot I guess

Honestly this manhwa ain't that bad at the start but then it just went downhill... there are just too many plot holes to this story. Characters also for some reason became dumber as the story progresses till the point where I cant even comprehend their logic as to why they did certain things. Sorry lemme rant about this story. Idk maybe I skimmed through this manhwa and missed out some stuff but please correct me if im wrong here:
The Emperor only sabotage FL family just because they had too much power? The emperor literally had the daughter married to the Prince to the point that he had control over the prime minister. Even if the PM has some dirt over the emperor that can ruin his position as emperor, what the PM wants was his daughter's happiness, the daughter at the time was happily to be married to the Prince. I honestly cant see why the emperor thought it was a great decision to frame the PM, and casually forgets the get out of jail free card that he gave to the FL.
Dont even get me started on why the emperor didn't think it was a better idea to make use of the FL more since she helped him solved many problems, does the emperor really do not have a brain to think that having the FL by his side is way more worth than banishing her since she helped solve so many of the countries problems. idk maybe the emperor is just stupid because people are stupid.
And also I was also looking forward to how the Yun family will survive after they got kicked out of the country because Shan Yun was alr prepared for this scenario, only to get swooped up by some unknown Prince who apparently fell in love with her (i honestly dk if he ever got introduced in the story to say how he fell in love with her) and nothing else was said about the business.
Its the same about her mystical powers of healing. The sent people to investigate on it right after the incident. I guess no one found any information because we didnt receive an update as well. It was only mentioned once in the story and never to be brought up again.
There are still many things that this manhwa needs improvement on, i wouldn't say it was that bad because i enjoyed reading the front part of the manhwa. To me, it just slowly went down hill. idek if they can save the story anymore. This manhwa had potential but currently I dont see it going anywhere, or maybe its just not to my liking, which led to me dropping the manhwa.
