The clothes don't fit him, the vape and everything really just isn't his style. He would do better with an outfit that had buckles or armor pads around the knees, maybe a tank top. He's a sword man he doesn't need all this extra cloth especially since Leon fights more up close and personal and uses a lot of movement

It's not good to think about it like that hierarchy is what started the whole war in the first place as far as I'm concerned with those angel people wanting to be top of the food chain . Not saying you have to be besties but basic respect for them as a person not just for their skills is important
