The only other mangas I've read like this are the Kill the Villainess, I thought it was a common isekai story, and a yaoi about a golden dragon. Though all three only had parts of the settinf in the real world and not all of it.

Someone said they theorised that ML might've killed to get her back to her own world and he followed so they could be happy there. Idk not enough back story yet to fill the gaps.

But I agree that the dude is DEFINITELY the prince and he followed her. He is sort of gaslighting her in a sense that he shows her him being vulnerable which is fake. He deliberately manipulated those bullies to target him so FL can take pity on him. He's playing 4D chess and FL is fucked(╯°Д °)╯╧╧

We're 900 chapters into the novel and there's currently 1,128 chapters that I've seen. I want to give a go at reading but the pictures make it all the more exciting so I'll wait but good to know ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I feel like this has dragged a bit. I've followed the manga since the start of the first anime years ago. It's trying to cater to the development of most of it's supporting characters and is sort of straying from the main plot points. The arcs from the music festival to now sort of got out of hand with how they managed the story. I wanted it to be focused on discovering the underworld's secrets with how the power struggle is now. I get the author planting bits and pieces of the plot to chapters like with the many ears and it'll all be integral to MC's story but other things like these are sort of unnecessary to the central plot and can just really go without them being there and the manga would still be great. Idk it started really good and now it just kinda downgraded imho. I was content with Iruma's classmates being under the guidance of the other high ranking demons who took them under their wings, they should've stopped with the idea there and carried on with MC's own growth with the ring, opera and his grandfather ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Very entertaining in terms of revenge. It's almost similar to the hero Raul who is on a revenge spree although not as gore-y but the twisted faces of the characters showing their true natures' are amusing!
