I think its the so called teacher ....he is somehow suspicious to me, why?, because he is kinda close to the kid who survived (maybe) from the incident 2 yrs. ago and why would kanou-san insisted the protagonist to go see or visit the teacher in that kind of situation, maybe he is giving him a hint....well, i dont know it's just my wild guess....
