http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/asper_kanojo/
also looking for any mangas that focus on other disorders and disabilities like depression, deafness, mute, blindness, anxiety or loss of function on certain limbs etc.
idk if this will suit you, but this one focuses on depression. i liked this because it showed how the healing process for the depressed isn't linear. it's pretty realistic. http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/cocoon_of_the_heart/
while this one focuses on the perspective of deaf people, how they see the world, etc. and how someone who desperately wishes to understand them does everything in his power to close the gap http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/hidamari_ga_kikoeru/
i dont if you've read this both but if you havent't, hope u enjoy them!

O. M. G. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt but what the actual heck?? (⊙…⊙ )
yeah thought it was kinda sus the way she reangled taking pictures of the desserts and the way she kept looking around at other people like she was ashamed of hanging out with him but that last photo definitely confirmed everything. and someone pointed out that she also covered up his arm in other pictures she posted in the first chapter.
