Chap 4 and 5 lost me after chap 3 meeting the marquess it became chap 2 is there something wrong?

I'm reminded of this one manga it's just the same as this where in his younger days he was considered ugly and when he was new at work there was this handsome rival and he hated him (not really) and the handsome rival liked him I think so I'm reminded of this one but college version(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
