i dont think you should worry. As long as you dont obsess over it. personally it's not something i tell people i read, maybe casually to some i know. Do you like BL as an artform or genuinely IRL as well? as in, fantasize about IRL people you know or ship guy friends, or not being aware of a lot of the yaoi tropes being ok only in fiction.
