They're working on a licensed project. BMG already has an English translation; they only want views. I much prefer the ones who upload the official translation but wait, so the creators can gain profit rather than these imbeciles. If you upload on other sites, the original publishers can find it and DMCA them. Hence, they'd have to stop working on it, and they should. The official tl is only 1 or 2 chapters behind; I haven't checked. Read, upload, share their chapters. No one gives a shit. You can't be expecting to do something illegal then complain when people do illegal things with it
