What happened to the first couple? I started reading a nice fluffy funny story and then it ended just when it was getting good. Is not bad but kind of misleading. Lost interest when I realized the Mangaka had abandoned the first story.

So like lots of people, I don’t really read the chapters anymore unless the comments hint at some actual development in the story, which as far as I can see from the last chapter is...none.
Putting that aside, and since I have been somehow following this story for 10 YEARS, can someone give me an actual update on the story?

I cant sympathize with Sangwoo. He’s just a perverted serial killier. I hope he gets what’s coming to him. I would like for Bum to find some sort of happiness though. Poor kid has has a terrible existence. He doesn’t deserve all the terrible things that have happened to him. He is clearly exhibiting Stockholm Syndrome. Sure he thought he was in love before he met the real Sangwoo, but now it seems like a defense mechanism to survive. I hope there’s some light at the end of the tunnel for him. But this is a tragedy so the most probable ending for both is Death. Too sad.
I feel like at this point of the story, both of them cant live without each other. Like kokoro wo korosu hou(?), they can try to live separate lives. But they feel complete with each other. They're far too deep to crawl out. Even Bum. I guess that's personally why i'm always looking forward to what else the author has prepared for us every update
That makes it even more sad because of how toxic their relationship is.
Bum loved Sangwoo because he loved the "kind" Sangwoo who saved him in the military and, but now it's just because him seeking affection and the Stockholm Syndrome, Sangwoo sees and loves Bum as his mother figure.
But Bum always gets the short end of the stick in the relationship.
They need to be separated.
Otherwise Sangwoo will end up killing Bum or Bum has enough and kills him to end it.
Then that will be how the manhwa ends. Personally, I don't mind if they kill one another, or even a double suicide, bc a lot of shit has happened and honestly, if it ends that way, and not even a happy ending, I wouldn't even be surprised.

From what we know till now, most of Sangwoo's victims resembled his mom and Bum is the most similar person(except the mom of the boy) to his mom. He would always find ppl similiar to them. But they most likely wouldn't have as much as resemblance to his mom as Bum and they would be dead by now.
With Bum, I doubt he'd find someone else.

There are some new chapters in Toonkor but for some reason they are chapter 107 and 108. They jump a little ahead of the story. Plus they change some of the original storyline. For those of you who can’t wait, like me, I recommend the Novel. It’s in TAPAS. A little expensive but so so so good. PS: the new drawings look a little more crude. Not as stylish as the last Artist.

Well, the novel is in english at tapas. it is pretty expensive but a way better read if the new artist is gonna change the story. I don’t know korean and since the raws are not following the original storyline I don’t really know what is going in cause they changed a lot of the key elements of why they end up camping and who actually saves them in the camp.
I can tell you what happens in the novel but it is way different from episode 100 on
