I think Zeno explained it pretty clearly.
Suwon is a descendant of King Hiryuu, which means he was born from the bloodline of one of his many children.
Yona is a reincarnation of King Hiryuu himself. She is a personification of a living God.
The 4 dragons are the embodiment of the 4 angelic dragons that served King Hiryuu in heaven. Since they could not be reincarnated, they sent their spirits/powers to 4 human beings so that they could continue serving their God/King Hiryuu on Earth.
Their dragons don’t serve the King because he is King, they serve King Hiryuu because he is a God. Yona is an actual God reincarnated in human flesh hence the dragons serve her.
As for the Throne, I think both Yona and Soowon have equal claims to the throne. But since Yona is the actual God that founded the country, the whole thing belongs to her anyway.

I believe they both hold equal claims to the throne considering they are both cousins. Soowon would have been the heir to the throne anyway if his Father had not been passed over since he was the original Crown Prince. I guess we should just wait to see the truth regarding why Il became King instead. I feel like it has to be more than the fact that he was such a cruel person. He did not seem like such a terrible person in the last episodes. Something must have happened to turn Soowon’s father into a monster. And I have wondered why King Il turned out to be such a terrible king. One thing is to not be a war monger and advocate for peace. Another is willingly ignoring famine and crime. Just love how deep this story is. Cant wait for the answers.

Still I think Yona should be the successor of the throne. I mean Soo won also has the right to the throne (next in line) but unless Yona is still there, Yona is still the rightfully heir. It's just the same with Il and Yuhon, Yuhon is the rightfully the next King but Il become the King because Yuhon died. Thats why I am confused why is Soowon is still the King when people already know that Yona is still alive... Maybe because they assumed Yona is engaged to Soowon or some bs like females cant run the country.

I think it was probably an only male hereditary monarchy. Her Father did say that her husband would be King.
I also think Yona is the rightful heir, but not because of her claim as daughter of the last King, but because she is The actual God that founded the country. I mean, Gods beat King every time!

If only they hadn’t changed the original artist that was keeping up with the novel, the story would have still made sense. I stopped reading after the new artist took over because she stated to add a bunch of useless elements to the story and changed a lot of my favorite parts of the novel. Now everything is overly dramatic and the characters have lost all of their charm. Even Sanhee’s transformation and growth seems so fake now. I’m sad I’ll never get to see such a great story told the way it should have been.

Well I’m done. After 12 years of waiting, we got a confession and reciprocated feelings, only to end with: I have something do to first. A whole chapter of just sitting on a couch. Can’t take it anymore. Hope nothing happens to Sensei and that maybe in about 10 more years, you all get what you are all waiting for. Actual development of this love story.

My problem is not only the development of their love story. Is the whole story in general. Kyoko is still 16. 16!!!??? She’s been 16 for 15 years. How can she truly develop as an artist with no growth as a person? No years of experience? This 18 year old story has been taking place only for a year!!! Kyoko needs to grow. Mature. Become an adult!! Stop being childish. That’s how you develop a character. That’s how you develop a person. You grow!!

You seem to forget tho that one chapter does not equal the happenings of even one day often enough, let alone months or years.
Not all stories are as rushed as what you describe. It doesn't need to take (canon) years for a character to develope at times and some never change at all either. That's the charm of some characters as well.
Kyoko's growth does actually not focus on physical aspects, it's her mental trauma that needs to be worked on. Nothing else. After that is dealt with, Ren's trauma needs to be solved and THEN there will be progress for them in a relationship.
Again, the focus of this manga was never to make her grow as a person or develope, she wants revenge by becoming a top actress (which will take a lot of time or a special happening at some point) and after that comes her romance issues.
As I said, one chapter often doesn't even full up one day in the manga and that's not actually a bad thing. Stories like these are much better if they are slow and natural paced without any large time skips or other crap that excuses lazy writing or just lack of ideas (tho I know that's a common thing for many authors out there). As for the pacing itself, if you re-read the whole thing you can notice how well paced it actually is. We as readers cannot expect the author to churn out one chapter a day or keep up real-life progress for a story like this. At least not without the quality of the art, story and overall enjoyment crumbling to pieces.
Either way, Kyoko DID actually grow. Both as a person and physically. She overcame quite a few issues, became less distrustful, made a name for herself as and actor and celebrated a birthday already. So I'm not quite sure why you think she has not grown at all.
Growing takes time and since the story is slow paced and intricate, as well as not focused on the love/romance aspect at all since the characters in question are literally not able to have a romance due to their mental issues, there is little to no room to complain. It was clear from the start that the issues she (and Ren) wants to overcome and the goals she has are very big ones, so they cannot be achieved in 12 chapters or so unless the author rushes through the basic plotline and generally doesn't care about detailed writing/developement.

I never understood anything that was happening!

All I knew was that Hottie Michael has been in love for 15 years with hottie best friend. Hottie Michael turns out to be vampire. Hottie Michael has Extremely Hot Father that rules all vampires and there some very confusing plot to overthrow him. I didn’t actually understand how Hottie Minsoon ended up in charge, but Extremely Hot Father falls in love with other hottie best friend, and decides to leave the throne? Is he still in charge? I didn’t understand. How did they let the human be in charge?

What if the reason Yuhon ran the priest out of the castle wasn’t because he hated King Hiryuu for the Crimson fever but because the priest made a prediction involving Soo Won and Yona?
At the beginning of the story when we first find out about the priest being run out of the castle, Yoon mentions that they were oracles that predicted the future of the country. And we also know that both King Il and Yona’s Mom knew that Yona was the reincarnation of King Hiryuu, so this must have been predicted by the priest.
Also, the reincarnation of a Living God should have been a great celebration for the Royal Family, but this was kept secret and Yona was pretty much locked in the castle and kept from weapons. For me this can only be explained by King Il having knowledge that Yona would be a key player of some great war, and he must have been actively preventing her involvement.
King Il was also somehow aware that Soo Woon would turn against him. If you consider that he kept him from the Shrine and that he was against him as the natural choice for Yona’s husband. He should have been the ideal candidate. Royal Blood and the son of his own Brother. When Soo Won is sick, he has a flash back of the day he killed King Il and the late King seemed to have been expecting him to come take the throne.
I think the Priest must have predicted that Soo Won and Yona would be involved in some conflict for the throne and Yuhon ran them out for this. This could have also created a rift between the brothers, who in these last chapters seemed to have genuine affection for each other. What other reason could they have for hating each other if not the lives of their children?
I don’t think Yuhon tried to take the Throne by force because just as Soo Won did, he would have been supported by the Sky Tribe and it would have been easy for him to take the Throne.
Do not open if you don’t want to know....
The high Priest will declare that since both have received names from Vita, they are both the children of the prophecy, and have equal claims. Rube then decides that they will wait a year until Aristia comes of age, so that they can see if Jiun has what it takes to be Empress. His real motive is to gain more time to convince Tia, since he knows that she does not want to marry him and he is terribly in love with her. During the year, he will step up his game big time.
I always don't want to read the spoilers but I just have to give in every time.. Thanks tho
