Like he's letting all these rumors get to him and chooses to not believe like anything big dick says because he's not going into heavy detail, like they've been together for a few days to a few weeks at most and mc wants to know everything about everything regarding big dick.
To me it honestly feels like mc is falling genuinely in love with big dick guy and is panicked and scared cus he's never liked someone this much and is honestly just looking for a reason to break up.
