What if he didn't kill her tho, girly said her last memories were him having a breakdown then she blacks out and then she sees him holding a bloody sword, but ML keeps saying he's failed to protect her and how he doesn't want mc to interact with the shitty rival girl. I'm just saying there's a high chance something happened between his panic attack and her death that she's not remembering that's gonna be like the sole reason ML gets forgiven.
