Forgot the name but its an ongoing story where uke wakes up drunk to this tall gray haired sunbae on top of him dick out everything, he gropes gray hairs chest n stuff, he also has a childhood friend with black hair who loves him (actually obsessed)

I'm trying to find this one manga where like this blonde hero girl kicks out her wizard friend from the party because he's "useless" when in actuality she loves him and firmly believes he's going to die if he continues to party with them and he's forced out, after they part they add the MC to their party and he's this older uncle like guy while the wizard goes off to make his own party and basically do the basic "I was kicked out of the heros party but I found a ancient book and now im-" harem shenanigans. The manga focuses on the uncle guy and the heros party while the wizard is a side character basically.

I specifically remember there's this one part where the hero starts having a full on break down about having to abandon the man she loves so heartlessly and the mc gives her a hug while she's crying her eyes out to comfort her and the wizard who'd come to ask the hero if he really didn't mean anything to her and if she'd regretted her decision sees mc, alone, hugging the blonde hero (in her pj's) tears glistening in her eyes looking so intimate,ect and storms off having come to the conclusion that she'd kicked him out of the party just to start fucking the MC
