The name is 无题/青蟹 (Untitled/Blue Crab) or just 무 제 (untitled), and apparently it can be found on weibo comics, yidann 一耽 app and the illustrator's postype, the link can be found on their profile (@M_M_0103); in my search I've seen tons of people also having trouble finding it. I couldn't find much about it, most info is from Douyin, Weibo and random chinese posts. The protagonists are named An Sihyeon and Song Haein, the illustrator is @M_M_0103 but the username 久奈子桜 also keeps appearing on weibo and they posted WIP videos of the comic and about the release of the physical copies (2 books), so they might be the same person. As I said, I ended up finding the comic on postype but there's only 17/19 chapters, no idea if it's longer than that and idk if I can post the direct links. I hope it gets translated someday, I can't find anything in english.
