Im not too sure if u can call it out-of-the-ordinary plot, but very interesting, great written and I liked the concept
I think the most unique plot I've read was "JK Haru wa Isekai de Shoufu ni Natta" but I strongly don't recommend if Ur >18 since it's a difficult read. So if Ur not into that u could try "the Yakuza's bias" it's pretty short but it's a fun read haha

I think it’s a unique concept cuz I haven’t encountered many survival video game where mc reincarnates/transmigrates/self aware npc into it (bl) besides kiss the abyss
