“Youkai Gakkou No Sensei Hajimemashita!” is a good one about a human (exorcist) teacher teaching in a school of youkai. A more popular one would be “Assassination Classroom”- lastly one that is less about teacher-student relationship (but is still an important story point) is “Katekyo Hitman Reborn!”

I've read a lot of BLs and I end up forgetting the most of them. But I still remember this clearly even though it's been years. One of my favorite BLs of all time.
