Sushi!'s feed

So the other day my friend comes up to me and says he was actually the one that took a crap in my cats litter box and my cat didn’t actually have to go to the vet he said it’s because he was scared he would clog out toilet. Like honestly I’m not the mad but WHY would you choose the litter box of all places it’s kinda awkward to be around him now that he told me but should I just let it go?

EDIT: I don’t usually post on this site but I honestly had no one else to go to for this so I needed some opinions about it
