It's the official and unofficial translations. The unofficial came first and divided the chapters according to Weibo's one (the author's Weibo). The official came later and they do it like the official website (Chinese one) that combined the short chapters together. So none of them are at fault. The author does divide the chapters differently on her Weibo and her official website.

You must be new here so let me tell you. You can choose to read either or both but both will be a bit confusing since the numbers are different. Here are pros and cons:
- Unofficial translations were bad at first (but still understandable) but it got better later because they got a proofreader and their Chinese names and cultures remain (the characters names are the same with Chinese one)
- Official translations has no grammar errors of course but the only cons are that they're a bit slower than the unofficial one and they westernized everything. The names were changed into English names and they literally wiped out all the Chinese contexts that you can't tell it's a Chinese comic at all. For example, Chinese love calling their acquaintances "brothers" like their trusted bros but in the official one they just call each other's names or just shorten their names. The unofficial ones used Chinese idioms with side notes while official ones doesn't and so on.
