feng is keeping yi yun's embryo ever since he swapped it to his through freezing that's why it's not yet an actual baby but a rather a freezing embryo that can be fertilized later on. i think feng will give the embryo to yi yun since it's his anyway once he give up the custody of rourou but it was stolen without a trace. feng's aunt is kinda sus too.
