1)do you believe that what she said/a part of what she said is true? if the answer is yes then help is needed immediately so it would be good to call ur therapist. if the answer is no then there is no reason for you to further analyze it (but since u said that u have some mental problems u can try some help lines online or via modile phone(idk ur country so i cant exactly help here)
2) how did you respond to it? this is the most crucial part. "boundaries" is a word i didnt know until recently :') we set them in order to prevent people from invading our personal space. i dont know whats ur relationship with her but id recommend to confront her. not by yelling or anything (people like these feed from anger) but by simply saying "i didnt ask ur opinion" and cut ties with her if needed. if she is a stranger then just completely ignore her.
