they both wanted to be together but it took seme a while to realize he liked uke more than his sister. the sister was awful to both of them too.
What about the scene at the end when the seme wakes up and the sister's slipper? Does it signify anything?
it's just symbolic of the fact he knew his sister was watching the whole time him and the BIL were together
