Yeah. People are saying a bot uploaded chapter 20. Uploaders usually put in a placeholder for chapters so the bot doesnt but ig since chapter 20 is out and there was no placeholder here for chapters 20, the bot grabbed it from somewhere it was uploaded? So yeah we skipped 19 :(

Agreed, but people often vote with how they're feeling at the moment. I would rate a slow burn higher if I was in the mood to read it and rate it lower if I wasn't. Like sometimes, getting school bl's that only have real progress in the last chapter urks me. And then sometimes i'm like, yeah this is a nice change of pace rather than reading something like you said, happens in the first chapter.
