So for some reason (which I don't yet understand) Ren's mother is part of the royal family of film but had to make it on her own w/o their support and Ren as a half japanese child actor was discriminated against on top of the pressure of having 2 super famous actors as parents. I'm thinking the discrimination came from his own family, more specifically this "prince" character they keep bringing up, who is probably his cousin. But unlike ren and his mother, the prince is super supported by his influential family and is therefore recognized as film royalty

Nah the dialogue is important for context clues. Theres def a bigger picture happening here and I can feel it. It makes me excited. This is why I read skip beat and not all those other predictable shoujou that solve everything w a dramatic kiss
