Totally agree with you. Another possiblity is that the dude caused the rape of the rapist. Like saying everyone in school that he fucked him, he is homo and everyone can have sex with him...you know like we have seen in so many yaoi manga. Yet the the movement of the characters, their thoughts and the slow pace of the story is so intense making this manga
