after reading the The Apothecary Diaries again. A somewhat similar manga (fl body size) pops in my mind but I can't remember it.
The fl is also small in body size. Ml is in royal fam. the manga is already finished. The final chap, as far as I remember is they get separated to protect fl. And when they meet again, fl somewhat grow more(body wise)
fl is older the ml.
