I'd asked before, figured I'll try my luck again. The MC is a webtoon artist himself, and has the ability to think up personalities for his devices (computers fridge etc). The love interest is a neighbour and has white hair. The MC struggles with deadlines and computer crashes. It was BL or shounen ai at least.

So I've forgotten the title, here goes the description:
The MC is a cartoonist who struggles with deadlines and sees personalities for his products eg. the computer is a butler like figure. There are characters for all his appliances.
The MC has brown hair and thick glasses and the artstyle was a little messy/cartoonish with sort of cluttered panels (not in a bad way, it was quite charming!)

I can't find it for the life of me. It's about a heterosexual married couple that haven't had sex since their marriage. The girl thinks the guy doesn't find her sexy but the guy is actually so turned on he's worried to do anything. He ends up feeling her up while she's asleep and then they do it.
The mangaka has another story about a girl who joins a company and is molested by her boss (eugh).
