Anyone remembers the name of bl omegaverse? manga, pretty sure it was black and white, about characters with high compatibility results?? Like one of them tried it, didn't like the results and is freaked out by this stuff and the other with black hair seems content with his match despite being stone faced. Also a lot happens at the hospital, I think.
