The plot is so good! I admire the way the characters were written out. Furthermore, the consort reminds me of the villainess from “Lady to Queen”! It’s been a while since I’ve read these types of manhwas, and the drama gets you so hooked! Just wish that the teacher/crown prince will actually find ways to sit back on the throne bc FL deserves to be on the empress’ seat and nowhere else. Just waiting for the consort’s schemes to backfire and the king to deteriorate,, despite this type of slow burn stories not rlly being my type as it keeps me on the edge of my seat

I guess this manhwa takes inspiration from the genesis book ?? (the bible lol) seeing as eve was her name of choice, and the story of the first betrayal centering around eve eating the apple bc of the snake (which was the form of the devil). Azazel is one of the names that is related to the devil too, which is probably why eve couldn’t resist temptation (lol literally haha).
Probably his toxin revolves around those who sleep w him getting obsessed w him to the point that they can’t go on a day without having a taste of his body ?? This is just my own speculation though,, bc he’s half imae and half human his toxin would work differently…
The art is good but the plot is just all over the fucking place. Only read this far to see how it ends bc I feel so bad for Doc Dan :(( it’s so upsetting to see him suffer
This has got to have a minimum of 80 chapters I just KNOW IT!!! The story is great, the art is so good and the characters are fineee!! Im not the type to let a manhwa marinate and this manhwa is just TOO GOOD to marinate
As someone who has sisters (one of which is also a half-sister), this manga hits close to home. I would do ANYTHING to protect my sisters fr. I love the plot and the characters so much!! The FL is really admirable :)) she almost made me shed tears fr huhu
Ppl like the ML do NOT change at all. The FL is dumb, and though she’s trying to change (for the sake of her babies), well she’s not trying ENOUGH! Both the FL and the ML have mental issues which leads to a fucked up relationship. Though this story may not be everybody’s cup of tea, I feel like it kinda helps us understand how fucked up ppl reach certain decisions y’knoer
Im sorry to say but like the FL is boring. Literally how much longer until the girl reunites w her true fam?? The plot is predictable and i dont rlly like how she can’t stand up properly for herself,, like the duke, prince and king are always there when she’s in trouble lol she isn’t even that smart
