OK so I don't remember much but I'm gonna try my best. There was this guy who met a girl in his childhood which became his first love but then his first love moved away to another city. From then on he started to develop this power where he can see these floating people on top of everyone which supposedly was their first love. The guy can interact with his first love because of his powers. One day he met his first love again at the 1st day of school she was a transferee but he didn't know it was him because she was cross dressing as a boy? (I'm not sure if his first love was a boy and he just didn't realize in his childhood or is actually a girl but cross dressing)
I remember the features of his first love. She had long pink hair and was wearing a sailor uniform.
