Both ML and FL are interesting, fleshed out and cool characters! They Both make dumb choices sometimes (and sometimes they don't realize how dumb it was) and make human decisions... Love this couple

The scene where he stole the cookies she made for someone else and then said "You belong to me" wasn't hot or romantic. It was straight up terrifying. I felt chills up my spine. I thought the story had taken a sudden and unforshadowed yandere turn for a moment!

The only characters that actually ever seem to care for Deon genuinely, not as part of a game or a job or a political move, is his own brother (who Deon hates) and that one flower (who died for Deon's sake) holy crap if I was Deon I'd burn the whole world down while laughing

Also, I think it's so funny that his response to getting kicked out of the hero party (whether intentional or not) was literally "your mom"
