You never this much motion in the topic section on a manhwa unless the author did something really wrong
So eastern khallak, from what I interpret this is the statuses within khallak and where places are set or whatever, I commented here before ABT where places were located but I was still confused back then and still am now. I'm tryna make sense to it in my head so take all I typed with a grain of salt.
Statuses:
Lord khallak - currently: halden ( sylhan's aunt )
Former: idk ( sylhan's uncle )
Other lord statuses:
- sylhan's dad was a former lord of a land or role in khallak which I forgot about, sylhan attained this role before he was set to rule khallak and after his father served the role.
- lord stravin is gjord's father, he had gjord from a slave girl that's why gjord was sent to war at a young age and not treated by loyalty for his early life
Chancellor - you can think of it as like the supervisor or secretary of the president
Triumvirate - 3 people that have power (idk what they do honestly)
Knights of khallak
- commander (forgot his name) basically he's a big shot knight that the khallak likes. I think he's above the other knights in terms of achievements.
- glenberg knights (lister and lisbet)
- gjord (titles: lord Ibsen/epssen, bastard, war hero)
Knights under gjord is urkel.
-other knights
Magic wielders:
- ex. Ishmion, Ida and sylhan's former doctor
The stewardess: the old lady who gave sylhan a red badge
Guards.
Citizens:
Masochist guys is a switch so idk what will y'all expect
Low-key mid but I enjoyed anyway, wished we knew more of the brother though, seo is really determined for his family but we don't see family dynamics anyway, only his father. 6.5/10
I've never had a problem reading these types of relationships, as long as they are self-aware and address them throughout the story in a way that is believable for the characters. While Seo-in is not my favorite protagonist, I appreciate that the story takes its time to understand and dissect why he is the way he is, and I enjoy reading about how he thinks, speaks, and acts based on these fundamental aspects. I really like that his story arc consists of becoming the person who basically destroyed his life so that he can live with what he has left, and how that fact causes him shame to such an extent that it troubles him to see that Yeongwoon is still a good person. That fact not only distorts his perception of their relationship, both in the past and in the present, but also causes him to rethink the reason why he is the way he is. It's not a 3 chapters speed run where the character suddenly feels “regret”. No, it is the conclusion of everything we have seen up to this point that makes this conclusion so very, very satisfying.
Ngl I had a feeling dumb blondie and red head were gonna fuck somehow
Came here for mermaid scissoring, came back with wounds and a broken heart
Joseph was already an airhead but if love does really make you go blind and apparently takes away common sense too
Ain't typical Stockholm syndrome BL manhwa, in fact since MC lived up to 300 years, confinement doesn't really bother him at all, it's more like he only wants to get away because he fears he'll get attached and so will yohan (as if yohan isn't already madly obsessed with Jess) so I don't think Stockholm syndrome didn't happen at all, more like Jess realized after opening up with yohan, yohan will never ever let him go and that yohan loves him, so Jess finally let himself love someone back, ofc yohan had to apologize for the things he had done towards Jess lol
It's the teacher or that guy with the glasses with that friend group
Peak art but I need to bleach my eyes for this one
