So apparently after reading some comments, mangago is blocking off Asian ips to prevent Asian artists on reporting the website, you cannot make/have an account as well as I changed my IP to Japan and I didn't have an account there but I still was able to use the website.
If you're from the ph like me and your WiFi is PLDT and SIM is globe or you're from an Asian country in general, I suggest downloading a VPN and changing your IP to a European country to access your account if you have one or just access the website normally, download vpn for both phone and computer if you read in computer as well
