I believe this is quite similar. It's historical, contains a Seme high in social status with a deviant behaviour and an comparatively submissive Uke who is forced to stay with the seme. The uke like Na-kyum dislike that he is having sex with him but slowly succumb to the pleasure and start developing feelings. And seme like Seungho slowly started to treat the uke a little better.
