gabriel needs to get mad and open up about his feelings about this relationship (?) like this didn't only happen once, if you remember they didn't meet up for one month? people will be like luke didn't like him as much as gabriel liked him from the start so it's normal but no then he should end the relationship and not play with him. i would be extremely upset after waiting in a luxurious restaurant for over a hour especially if the relationship was already rocky.
