I really doubt it's because he realized she loves him. I think he knows that which is why he married her. However, I think it might be due to him becoming seriously with what he's doing. As you see in the updates, he I'd sulking over his mishaps and talking about how he should've been careful. Plus, he also gives his son daddy issues in the future so I'm guessing it has a lot to do with him taking his role seriously rather than some "oh my wife loves me, better stop talking to him for her" thing.
