I've been SEARCHING for a good manhwa to read and stumbled upon this one by chance. Saw there's only 33 chps and decided to read the first few to see if i should read it or not. I got way into the story and now I'm caught up to the latest chp.
I NEED MORE. The angst is so good. Both the ML and Fl was greatly written. Their reactions were realistic for me. Since most people are hating on ML, i think we keep forgetting that he was like that because of the FL's father. That Marquis is the TRUE villain in the story for me tbh.
I still don't like the ML though for treating the FL like that. No matter if it was justified or not, making her miserable to the point of death? ML def need to be assigned to the mental hospital ASAP.

Honestly, reading this made me realise why i hate miscommunication troupe in the first place. Honestly, it's basically a one sided communication. The ML is trying his best but the MC.. this mf made me want to tear my hair out from the way he's acting. I mean, i get him. I get him not wanting the ML to hate him because he's an omega since the ML told MC he hated omegas.
But is that really important? What if the ML starts losing feelings for you bro. Like, i don't think i can even keep liking someone who keeps avoiding me like that over and over again, clearly knowing what he's doing is hurting the other person like.. come on man.
At this point, i won't be surprised if the ML becomes fed up with the MC and started liking someone else.
This manhwa made me realise why support characters are just as important as dps characters in games.. the damage it could do....

So i was rereading this again to see when did the art style changed (I didn't even realize it changed until i read the comments here) and reading about Ophelia and Emilia's relationship.. they really do have a wonderful love.
Their affection for each other goes beyond any love that ever existed. Now, ik some people are like saying "they're in love your honor!" stuff like that but to me, it seems like what they have is not romantic love but platonic.
And yet at the same time, it seems to transcends platonic love too. It made me realise, "Oh, is this what it feels like when you met your soulmate?" because they both really are each other's halfs.
It just kinda icks me that, just because two girls are so very close to each other, it meant like they're in love.. honestly, no one knows if they're both are actually in love with each other or not cuz only the author is the one who knows them both well. But I'm sure no one can deny that, Ophelia and Emilia truly love each other.
It does make me feel slightly jealous though. To have such love like that..
