personally i don't really like this current arc mainly bc of this X slime character. i dont like them at all actually i just think they're annoying and weird. most other people seem to want the backstories of mc and ml but i just want to see mc as more villains lol. i find that much more entertaining and i dont like when each version of ml gets so clingy.
I know that you dont like it when ml's get clingy... but, he just saw his (what i assume) lover get blown up infront of him, he tried his best to save him but couldn't. Do you know the feeling of being unable to save a person that is dear to you? Doing everything you can, but they still end up dying?
Also, he was abandoned by mc, and I guess had to live the rest of his life without the mc, bro has magor trust issues and can't feel at ease.
Now, I'm not trying to be rude, but I'm just suggesting to look a little bit deeper, and try and piece things together.
Also, what makes this story a bit icky, is the translation, if we had a better quality of translation, we could actually understood what the hell is happening.
But yeah, you have the right to not like it, the stories characters etc.. I am not trying to convince you to like it, it's your choice.
jigeon is so disgusting and they should have gotten their rings removed. i used to love the idea of the red string of fate but this just makes it sound so toxic. how can anyone even be sure their feelings are real when they have their rings. and they way jigeon so easily uses it to manipulate wooseo is so gross. jiseok is far superior in every single way and i with he was endgame. jigeon doesn't deserve a happy ending.
If you put it that way then jiseok isn’t superior either cause he was using him just as much as jigeon to win whatever sibling rivalry they had and he was fucked for trying to persuade wooseo to change his rings for his own benefit just cause he “realized” he liked his brother.
Not saying jigeon isnt wrong in some instances but jiseok isn’t right either with certain things leading up to this.
where did you get that jiseok was using him?? this sibling rivalry was only happening bc jiseok didnt admit his feelings until it was too late but still wanted to try fighting for him. jiseok did nothing wrong, he even basically conceded to jigeon bc he knew wooseo wanted to be with jigeon and couldnt force him to change his mind. i feel so bad for him bc they really could have been together if both of them didnt hide their feelings for so long. jigeon is completely wrong and a disgusting and manipulative person. i feel like we didnt even read the same thing.
Jigeon isn’t disgusting, yes his way of trying to win his heart wasn’t the best but that doesn’t mean it was entirely his fault and the way he acted, mind you wooseo and jiseok weren’t suppose to be together to begin with even if they realized their feelings earlier. so him going behind both their backs to get the rings severed for his benefit of realizing he liked wooseo while also using that as a way to play the hero and that was selfish asf because they’re both using wooseo in their own way which isn’t fair.
