Dowan pretty much confessed, and since they don't know that he has that disorder, when chamin goes to bed and wakes up dowan thinks that all is fine and dandy so he beat the bussy up thinking that his feeling we're returned and they fell asleep. But when chamin woke up he freaked out and said "Dowan, why am I here?"(or something like that). I'm no professional but that's what I got out of what I read and understood.
