You know what, I don't care about Seungjae redeeming himself anymore. I don't care about anyone other than Geumhwa at this point.
He's back in Korea and now his (ex) boyfriend has a flashback. I already knew he used to date people to get by but I didn't know he actually was a prostitute (⊙…⊙ ).
Some anonymous guy shows up (in the flashback) and attacks Geumhwa because he owes him money. Ex boyfriend attacks the guy but Geumhwa is very indifferent about it. He's depressed and pretty self-destructive (doesn't care about dying) and sees his ex as just another customer. Cut to the present where his ex thinks all it takes to make it work again is to convince Geumhwa that what they have is love, although he himself isn't sure this is what it is. He just wants to believe it.
