You put spoilers but you didn't give spoilers at all. The only info you have is that you can read Spanish and something happens that made your heart burst into tears but you didn't say if it was a good or bad tears.

I clicked out of curiosity...and it totally payed off. I’ve fallen for this manga hella hard. Reiji kun’s personality kinda reminded me of Alucard and that’s probably what made me love it more.
This is probably the cutest most purest manga I’ve ever read. It makes me heart go “Awweeee”
THAT the reason he’s asking “How does it feel to be loved” is because before he was able to get anyone (or anything) he wanted and now that our Uke has come into the picture he’s having a hard time going after his “target”. He’s putting so much effort while our Uke isn’t. So that’s probably why he’s so pissed.
